We started West in 2016 because we were tired of watching great brands settle. Safe scripts. Predictable formats. Work that checked every box and moved no one.

We'd spent years on both sides of the brief, as directors who push back and producers who deliver. We knew what happens when a team actually cares about the audience, not just the deliverable.

So West runs differently. We take a creative partner's seat, not a vendor's. And we take on only a few projects a quarter, on purpose, so each one gets everything we've got.
